Once Furniture has entered your home it cannot be returned unless the following:
If an item has a factory defect and is unserviceable it will be replaced.
Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt provided they are in like-new condition.
Mattress Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To ensure a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. The mattress must be undamaged, free of stains and in its original condition.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be credited to the same credit card account on which you charged or we will mail you a refund check within ten (10) business days or if you made your payment by cash.
Floor Items purchased from the Store must be accepted as is. Once your item is accepted, all sales are final. No exchange, return, service or refund is allowed
