Shipping Policy

Furniture Décor Refund and Return Policy.

 

You may cancel an in-stock order for a full refund at any time up until the day of delivery or pickup. Please note If any item is custom ordered then no refund will be warranted.

Layaway features:

Minimums: To qualify for Layaway the total minimum must be greater than $200. A deposit of $100 or 20% or whichever is greater is required.

Terms:  Layaway begins on the first day the deposit is made and the Final payment, Pickup/Delivery set up must be made no greater than 3 Months from the initial deposit date, otherwise, the layaway will be canceled.​

Cancellation: Any cancellation after 3 days will warrant a store credit only. 

Age Requirement:  Customers must be eighteen years of age (18) or older

Returns:  Our Return Policy Applies to all layaway transactions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once Furniture has entered your home it cannot be returned unless the following:

 

  • If an item has a factory defect and is unserviceable it will be replaced.

  • Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt provided they are in like-new condition.

 

Mattress Satisfaction Guarantee

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To ensure a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original packaging and condition. The mattress must be undamaged, free of stains and in its original condition.


 

Refund Policy 

Refunds will be credited to the same credit card account on which you charged or we will mail you a refund check within ten (10) business days or if you made your payment by cash.

 

Floor Items purchased from the Store must be accepted as is. Once your item is accepted, all sales are final. No exchange, return, service or refund is allowed
